For sale is this beautiful, professionally frames, hand signed woodblock print of Bunnosuke Tea House by contemporary Japanese artist Nishijima Katsuyuki (born 1945). Katsuyuki has had one-man exhibits in Japan and elsewhere of his very collected prints since 1973. Not sure of the edition size of this print. There is a very similar horizontal variation of this image which is numbered and signed, whereas this one is only signed. Condition of print looks to be flawless, maybe a slight smear near the Japanese writing in the lower center. This piece has been professionally framed by, and the frame and glass are nearly mint. There is a slight surface tear in the lower right of the back side, where there had been a small rubber bumper pad. Print measures 10″ wide by 12 3/4″ tall, frame measures 11 3/4″ wide by 14 3/4″ tall. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to see additional pictures.
