Takako Umeno was a woodblock print artist active during late 20th century. Little is known about her life and career. A sosaku hanga (“creative print”) artist in 1954 and became his primary assistant in his studio. The print measures 4″ by 4″, the mat is 4 3/4″ by 5 1/4″ and the silver tone frame is 8 1/2″ by 10 3/4″. There is slight paint loss in one section of the frame.
