This set of three is called “the friendly garden” and they are among Yoshida’s most desired woodblocks. Published, printed, and carved by Yoshida, the three pieces are individually titled “pine tree”, “bamboo tree”, and “plum tree”, and were produced from 19 hand carved blocks. All three are signed in pencil lower right, “Yoshida Toshi” in kanji. Each one is framed in its original teak frame, measuring 31″x16″. Colors are bright with little to no fading. Frames have minor wear from storage. The silk matting has slight thread separation, but no major loss or damage. ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
