One of the rare Hasui print “Zojo-ji Temple, Shiba” for sale. Just fresh from estate sale. Dated Taisho 14 (1925), published by Watanabe. It was framed and I removed the frame so everyone can see the whole print. Watanabe seal D on the right hand side. We have a condition problem: foxing, toned and color faded. It can be restored by using Hydrogen Peroxide and water (I did try it before and it worked). Oban size: Total 10.25″ wide and 15 3/8″ high. Print offered for sale as is. Please see other print, Koitsu’s snow scene. The item “Japanese woodblock print” is in sale since Monday, May 29, 2017. This item is in the category “Antiques\Asian Antiques\Japan\Prints”.
