Tsuda Seifu Woodblock Print. This is a rare print by Tsuda Seifu, an early 20th century Japanese artist from Kyoto, a book illustrator. Of decorative motifs in a style influenced by Art Nouveau. Tsuda, along with Ishii and the novelist and painter Arishima Kiuma, founded the Nikakai (Second Division Society) Exhibition in 1914 or 1915 as a rival to the official government exhibition.
