This is an original antique Japanese Woodblock print by Utagawa Yoshiiku, also known as Ochiai Yoshiiku from 1863. It depicts the actor Sawamura Tossho II as Kojiro. Kojiro was an expert swordsman from the early Edo period (early 17th century) and is often depicted because where he succumbs in dealth to Miyamoto Musashi. Measurements: 13 7/8 x 9 1/4 inches.
