There is a little dampness on the binding cover. 30 woodblock reproductions: (approximately) 14cm x 9cm (5.51in x 3.54in). Size: 20.3cm x 16.9cm (7.99in x 6.65in). Hiroshige’s work is particularly well-known for its indigo beauty, and the vivid blue is called “Japan Blue” or “Hiroshige Blue”, which has had a great influence on Impressionist and Art Nouveau artists.

There is some slight staining, a few holes and some very small tears along edges. Please see photos for details. All of these can be framed and matted out. 14″ x 9.5″ Oban size. Man sitting down with arm up in air. Artist is Toyokuni III/Kunisada – this is an original print. Nice colors with details. There is some light rubbing especially on left back screen. I have collected Woodblock Prints from Japan for many years and decided to downsize and sell some of my collection. I will always state whether the woodblock is an ORIGINAL or a Reprint.
