This woodblock print was first published in 1940, Koitsu Catalog Raisonné Number: TK-DH-62. Is signed on the block and has no additional carver or printer seals, indicating that it is a later 1960s edition by Doi Publishing House. Vertical Oban with Image Size: 14.5″ x 9.5″. This print has full margins with sharp registry and s trong bleed through to verso. There are no tears or repairs. There is mild ex mat toning to borders on the lower right and a. Koitsu lived with Kiyochika for 19 years and was considered a member of Kiyochika’s family. In 1932, he started to produce landscape prints in the Shin Hanga style for Watanabe.
