Yoshiharu Kimura Limited Edition Japanese Woodblock Print 1962. This Artist has signed his name, The piece is numbered 14 out of an edition of 30, dated 1962. Yoshiharu Kimura was born in Tokyo, Japan and was awarded a prize at the Nihon Banga-in Exhibition of 1957 an annual exhibition of the Japan Woodblock Academy. During 1962 he became a member of the Banga-in while later in 1978 joined the Kokugakei. His work has been exhibited in one-man shows in Philadelphia, United States of American and at the Yoseido Gallery in Tokyo, Japan. Beautiful example of Antique Japanese woodblock printing.
