The family guesstimated it’s from the 1950′s or earlier. It’s made on a very thin and delicate paper. The bottom border has crinkles. It also is marked Tetsu Tsukamoto. All borders have issues. Tiny pinhole near bottom border by Tsukamoto as seen in pic.
