Entitled “Maiko III” this original woodblock was printed in 1960 and depicts the backside of a sitting Geisha. Signed in the lower left corner with his name fully written in ink, their is also his red chop mark present just above. In overall phenomenal condition, this print has been dearly taken care of it. The print is free from any tears, rips, creases, folds and punctures. This is a rare and fantastic example of Kiyoshi’s body of work and his more traditional prints executed in the later half of his life.
