Rare Japanese Block Printing titled “Two Tigers” By Toshijiro Nenjiro Inagaki and Published by Mikumo Kyoto. It includes a block printed envelope from the famous publisher of block printing in Kyoto, Japan. The print is rare enough but in all my years, I have NEVER seen a block printed envelope signed by the publisher and including a neat little print. I still can’t find another like this. There are also two letters explaining a little about the artist and process. Semi abstract depiction of two tiger cubs. Toshijiro was a famous kimono designer. He received the highest honor as artist, Intangible Cultural Property, from Japanese government in 1962. He designed only handful woodblock prints in the 1950s. This is a very unique opportunity.
