The artist’s marking and printing information are covered by the matting. Condition: Print is in good condition. There are some holes on the outer edges of the paper. The original from and matting covered the printed characters (see our other listings). You can see the color difference on the bottom of the woman’s clothes where the matting stopped. We have the frame and the glass, but it was being held together by scotch tape when we bought it. It can easily be replaced into the frame or re-framed. Materials: Traditional Japanese woodblock print on washi paper. Dimensions: Print size is approximately 11.5 x 8 inches.

It is a wonderful small wood block print and is pencil signed and dated 1988 below the image. It also has the original label on the back and is signed again. It is framed under anti-glare glass and measures approximately 8 1/2 x 8 3/4″ framed, and the viewable image size is approximately 5 x 4 3/4″. It was definitely well cared for over the years and if you look at it under a certain light, it has a silver sheen around the bottom half of the tree. Thanks for your interest.
