The artist’s black ink signature and red seal are at the lower right corner of the image. Vintage post-war edition with the round Watanabe 6mm publishers seal at the lower right corner. It is not a recent Heisei edition. Paper size: 15 3/16″ x 10 3/8″ (image measures nearly 14 1/4″ x just under 9 1/2″). Very good overall condition. There is a barely visible small repaired tear in the ground at the lower left and there are some adhesive-type stains scattered on the back. A color illustration of this image can be found on page 517, plate 445 of Volume 2 of “Kawase Hasui: The Complete Woodblock Prints” by Kendall H. Brown, Hotei Publishing, 2003.
