This is a nice vintage Japanese Tomikichiro Tokuriki woodblock print Mt. Hira Covered in Evening Snow. In good condition as the pics show with no real signs of wear and it comes exactly as shown. The frame measures 14 1/2″ x 15 3/4″ and the sight is 9 1/2″ x 11″.

Artist: Hajime Namiki b. Mountain Cherry Blossom at Kougenji Temple. Although better known for his woodblock prints, Hajime Namiki first began as a sculptor having studied under Shigeru Ogura and carved bird figures from wood. In the late 1970′s he began carving his own woodblocks and producing his prints using traditional Japanese methods. He is generally known for his tree images and often incorporates gold or silver leaf into the background of his work. Size: (including margins) 70.5 x 46 cm: (image only) 62 x 38 cm.
